COVID-19 MAY CAUSE SHIPPING DELAYS WITH OUR CARRIERS. WE ARE NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS OR DISRUPTIONS.
All orders will ship in 2-3 business days. Please note, orders are not shipped over the weekend or U.S. holidays. Once processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated. Shipping may be delayed during our sales.
Once an order has shipped we can no longer make changes. If you need to change or cancel an order before it has shipped please email email@example.com with your order number.
If your order is lost or stolen after delivery we are not responsible. If you have any problems with your order, such as damaged or missing items, or any other problems, reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. If you receive an incorrect item or an item that is damaged, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please send a photo of the damaged item if applicable.
Returns must be requested and received within 30 days of placing your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. We may reject the return if items have makeup stains, deodorant/sweat stains, and/or items that smell of perfume. Any returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer.
Refunds are made to the original payment method. If that is unavailable, we will issue a store credit. Returns and exchanges may only be made once, items purchased with a store credit are non-refundable. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed and 5-10 days for the bank to post the refund to your account. We do not offer price adjustments for discounted items.
